His bullets were seen exiting at window height and I still believe he was aiming wildly outside at the police. The balistics report on the bullets will be inconclusive because the police and the gunman both would both havce used the same caliber NATO rounds. For one, I can't understand why the government has not considered testing the automated poll system in a few barangay or villages for a start. After that, they can go on to larger areas like cities, provinces, regions, islands, and lastly, the entire archipelago. It is not rocket science. Even the uneducated can think of that. Sad to say, our leaders have become dealers. Philippines, if you vote for the wrong people again, you only have yourselves to blame.
